"Community Director's" last day on the job

It was a fond farewell for Ms. Choban's last day on the job.  The tenants were jumping with joy and all of them waved bye-bye as she departed the premises. Ms. Choban's tenure has finally finished and the intimidation, KMA treatment, and no more treating Vista Montana as a personal fiefdom.  I always wondered why Ms. Choban thought the tenants worked for her, instead of the other way around.

The crocodile tears were flowing.  

I think I heard someone say "Don't let the door hit you in the ass."  It was very touching.

I'll see you in court. Don't worry. I'll be there!
