Process Servers and Constables are your friends
Today, I get to have Weidner Apartment Homes served with the new amended amount for damages. I've never dealt with a process server before, but I'm sure they will do their job admirably.
Pima County has a Pima County Constable's Office that will serve court orders and the like. Check below for the Pima County Constable's Office information.
