Reapply for my taken away benefits

OK. Now let's see if after knowing that all of this that has transpired was based on lies and falsehoods,  I am going to apply again to the HUD Shelter+Care Progam to begin January 1, 2012. 

Let's see if personal bias, prejudice,  and discrimination are the refusal to process my renewed application.
