LaFrontera just doesn't get it!

I had an exchange with LaFrontera regarding reinstatement into the Shelter+Care program.  Apparently "hearsay" evidence is acceptable in forming a decision in determining a major factor as to one's housing.   Now, I have to get the transcripts of the hearing that Ms. Choban states it's all hearsay.  Now I have to petition the court to get them to overturn this lousy, unthought-of, and quick to form an opinion about my situation verdict without weighing of evidence and testing of premises.
