Where is the Defendant?

Now that the defendant, Sarah Janis Choban, is no longer employed by Weidner Apartment Homes, LLC, will she show up for her own hearing?  I do hope she won't end up missing her own hearing.  Bench warrant anyone?

Maybe her lawyer and I can argue the case since she knows every detail of this travesty.  Ulterior Motive for one.
