Dr. Dan Ranieri, Ph.D.
President and Chief Executive Officer
La Frontera Center, Inc.

Tucson, AZ 85713

Dear Dr. Ranieri:
Due to the intransigence of Mr. William Magnotto to re-instate me into the Shelter+Care program, even with evidence provided to attest to my innocence, I will be filing a summons & complaint @ Pima County Consolidated Justice Court or Arizona Superior Court in Pima County on Monday, January 9, 2012.

As Mr. Magnotto stated in his e-mail dated December 21, 2011:

Bill Magnotto

Tim,
You are ineligible for the Shelter Plus Care Program because you violated the rules of the Program.  Specifically, you disregarded the rules by having men reside with you and charging them rent when the Program was fully subsidizing your rent.  You appealed the decision and it was upheld.
The housing coordinator, who is responsible for my housing, received a complaint that was precipitated by the apartment manager to where Ilive. This complaint was:
 ·        I threatened the life of the apartment manager
 ·        I had people living with me for 2 months in my apartment
I was served with a summons to which I was to appear in Pima CountyConsolidated Justice Court on August 10, 2011 for an immediate eviction.

The court ruled in my favor and determined that all of this was hearsay, in other words, complete fabrications on Ms. Sarah Janis Choban's part.

In the meantime, Due to my apartment manager conveyed false and libelous statements regarding the above complaints, Ms. Maureen MacGannon, Housing Coordinator took as absolute fact.  Ms. Maureen MacGannon decided without any investigation and unilaterally dropped me from the Shelter+Care program to which provided me a housing subsidy and utility subsidy.

The charge that I had 2 people living with me for 2 months is especially ludicrous because my apartment is in direct view of the manager’s office. Doesn’t it seem rather odd that my apartment manager would submit this complaint on the very day to the other complaint of threatening the life of the apartment manager.

I have attached the summons & complaint I am filing with the Court.
Respectfully,
Timothy Sevelis
