Monday, I'll find out if Judge Segal will approve my injunction to move back into my apartment.  Of course the defense attorney believes it's FREE rent, but I don't think so.

SJC reports 2 lies to LaFrontera  ==> These 2 lies cause my subsidy to be suspended ==> Reporting these 2 lies causes WEIDNER to breach the "implied" rental contract ==> WEIDNER would have had the rent paid IF SJC didn't report these lies ==> Therefore, it is WEIDNER and SJC who made the rent payment stop ==> Therefore, since it would have been paid, it wouldn't be FREE rent as the defense attorney supposes.
