| DEFENDANT'S RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFF'S CIVIL MOTION Ms. Prohow: Just what exactly is the confusion? It is false, defamatory and was brought with malicious intent. Have you lived with Ms. Choban for 3 years, received useless and false violations and still say it wasn't malice? Ms. Choban does not like assertive people. She loves the majority of passive people who live at Vista Montana Apartments. Did she like me bringing up about the apartment that had drug dealings going on for months and was next to my apartment; probably not. Did she like it when I stood up regarding my personal activities; probably not. Did she like it when I asked Ms. Choban to fix the ceiling holes from water damages; probably not. Oh, there are countless other things after living at Vista Montana for 3 years. Why did Ms. Choban create this bombshell of hearing of threatening the life of the apartment manager AND having multiple people living with me for a period of time; both absolutely false. Sounds malicious to me and any "reasonable" person. Can you reasonably say you know Ms. Choban and her intimidating, or tried with me, personality over all the tenants?? A statute of limitations on an appeal for eviction? I was bloody ass evicted from my apartment!! Tossed out. And the bond issue, If I had funding for a bond, wouldn't I prefer to have used it for paying the goddamn rent that was taken away by the CAUSE of Ms. Choban's egregious action (Filing false actions I was purported to have done, but I didn't do!) to stop it! The EFFECT being my eviction. CAUSE AND EFFECT. CAUSE AND EFFECT.    |
