The Weidner Apartment Homes Horror Story begins on August 4, 2011.  I have attached letters to begin my story.  The apartment manager, from now on will be labelled SJC, of Vista Montana Apartments had contacted my provider of housing that I had threatened the life of SJC. 



Isn't threatening the life of another human being called MURDER???



What 2 people?  who??, where??


Definitely not true as I declared in my eviction hearing dated August 10, 2011.  This charge declared by the plaintiff, Weidner Apartment Homes, LLC, were deemed hearsay and the judgement by Judge Blake was ruled in favor of the defendant.
