9 On Your Side Consumer Complaint
My complaint is with both my apartment company doing an illegal eviction due to manager providing false, erroneous, and libelous information to an agency that provides me federally subsided housing. This involves not only my apartment company, but also LaFrontera Behavioral Services which acts as my agent for the shelter+care program; a Housing and Urban Development program that provides housing to homeless AND those with an Serious Mental Illness (SMI).  In my case, clinical depression. Everything is in my blog.  http://vistamontanasucks.blogspot.com/   Dealing with the court system in getting due process, and compensatory damages.   I believe this case of mine says it is NOT ok to manipulate persons with mental illness and that those that do have it can fight back rather than be a victim.
